Happy birthday Big John!
My Daddio celebrated his 58th birthday on the weekend and we celebrated with a twist on an Indian feast.
Rogan Josh lamb shanks were on the menu with Mum's celery and apple salad, plus all the trimmings - rice, raita, mango chutney and mint sauce.
Lots of good food and wine (and yes, Ikea napkins!) ensured a fun-filled celebration.
